Reiki is a gentle healing practice that works with universal life energy to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. During a session, the practitioner uses light hand placements on or just above the body to help guide energy where it’s needed most.

This calming, non-invasive practice may help reduce stress, encourage relaxation, ease tension, and support emotional and spiritual well-being. Reiki can complement other wellness practices and medical treatments without replacing professional medical care. Many people describe their sessions as deeply restorative, leaving them feeling lighter, more centered, relaxed, and at peace.

Kids Reiki provides a gentle, supportive experience for children ages 0–12. Reiki can be offered in person or virtually, with a parent or guardian involved as appropriate to help the child feel safe and comfortable.
