Reiki is a gentle healing practice that works with universal life energy to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. During a session, the practitioner uses light hand placements on or just above the body to help guide energy where it’s needed most.

I'll do a brief energetic check-in to notice any general areas that stand out or focus on a specific intention you've chosen. Reiki Zaps are not in-depth intuitive readings, but rather a gentle, intentional Reiki session to help restore balance and support your healing journey.
