Meet Amy, RGM
Hi, I’m Amy, an Arizona native, mom of three, and proud auntie. I’ve been sensitive to energy and connected to spirit since I was a child, although I didn’t fully understand or have the language for those experiences at the time. What I once experienced as overwhelming has become one of my greatest gifts: the ability to hold compassionate, grounded space for others as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
During one of the hardest seasons of my life, I was introduced to Reiki and holistic healing. Over several months of receiving consistent Reiki sessions, I experienced huge shifts in my physical, emotional, and mental well-being. With guidance from my medical providers, I was able to come off multiple medications. One of the most meaningful moments came when my children told me they felt like they had their mom back. I was more present. I felt lighter. I felt like myself again.
That journey awakened something within me and led me to pursue a path of helping others discover their own connection to healing, balance, and inner peace.
Today, as a Reiki Grand Master and holistic wellness practitioner, I offer Reiki energy healing, sound healing and vibrational sound therapy, three forms of reflexology, meditation, spiritual guidance, Akashic Records, and other soul-centered wellness experiences. I also facilitate retreats and create spaces for connection, reflection, healing, and personal growth.
My approach blends intuitive insight with grounded, heart-centered care. I believe your healing journey is uniquely yours, and my role is not to tell you who you are or where you should be, but to create a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and remember the personal power that has been within you all along.
